I will be in hospitals with you, geriatric offices, skilled nursing facilities, assistING living facilities, showing you how to get referrals, subsequence referrals (very important), which will equate Patient’s starts and revenues. 

 

It can be intimidating, challenging, but we will build long-term relationships, have fun and build a foundation for long-term success.

Most home care / medical companies “Market” or hire “Marketers” to get referrals. They drop off Donuts to someone, who probably is not even the decision maker.  I will teach you how to get to the referral coordinator and build that trust and relationship, so you will always  ABC – always be closing, which is asking for the patient.

You will have a game plan in one week, which you will work to get immediate results and referrals, which will lead to patient starts.

 

I will be here for you and show you how to do it. There will be no classroom or “bootcamps”,  you will learn by doing.

This is a numbers game, all you need are a few quality contacts and referral coordinators to send you patients. Once you have solidified those contacts, we can seek other opportunities.

We will go in the field on day one. There will be no modules. There are no “add on” fees. After one week, you will have all the tools you need to be successful. 

We will not sit in a class room, do zoom calls, modules, take quizzes, have phone meetings. we will immediately get in the field and get in front of your customers, find out who the decision makers are, and get patients.

Always be closing

I will teach you to ABC: Ask for the referral. Also, Ask many probing questions in order to uncover additional opportunities.

 

We will not be doing this:

“Hi, my name is Alex, do you have any home care patients? No! Ok, Thank you”

 

I will teach you how to overcome objections, get to the gatekeeper and get that first patient referral.

 

I will get you and your entire Team engaged to think of sales, and get everyone out in the field. Your most important customer is your internal team, and they have information which can and will equate to more opportunities and patients.

You will out work your competition with a smart strategic plan, working on your ABC accounts and a two-week cycle plan.

Everyone in a physician’s office has the potential to send you a referral. I will teach you how to do a “total call” to hospitals, SNF, ALF, etc.
